Common Tracking Questions

I can't find my Order ID. What do I do?+
Check your SMS, email (including spam), and WhatsApp — your Order ID was sent immediately after checkout. It looks like ORD-99A-XXXXXX. If you still can't find it, WhatsApp us at +91 97723-78346 with your phone number or email — we'll look it up within minutes.
When will I get a courier tracking link?+
On the day we dispatch your order (usually 2–3 working days after ordering), you'll receive an SMS and WhatsApp message with the courier name and AWB (tracking) number. You can also find it on this page.
My tracking says "shipped" but the status hasn't changed in 2 days.+
Courier tracking portals sometimes lag — especially during weekends and public holidays. If it's been more than 3 working days without an update, WhatsApp us with your Order ID and we'll reach out to the courier on your behalf.
The estimated delivery date has passed. Where's my order?+
Our target is 7–10 days, but occasionally courier delays happen (especially for remote pincodes or during festivals). If your order is more than 14 days late, please WhatsApp us with your Order ID — we'll investigate with the courier, and if the parcel is lost, we'll reprint and reship or refund.
The courier called but I wasn't home. What happens now?+
Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the parcel to sender. If you miss the first attempt, you can usually schedule a redelivery by calling the courier directly (number is on the AWB). If the parcel returns to us, WhatsApp us and we'll arrange reshipment (small reshipping fee may apply).
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?+
Yes — before dispatch. If we haven't shipped your order yet, WhatsApp us with your Order ID and the new address. After dispatch, address changes become much harder, but in some cases the courier can redirect. Email us for these.
What if I want to cancel?+
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering — before we print your custom design or dispatch a ready-made case. After that, custom orders become non-refundable (since we've already printed). Visit our Cancel / Update Order page or WhatsApp us.
