Follow these for the best print quality. We'll still show you a preview before printing.

Format JPG or PNG files work best. We can also handle HEIC files from iPhones.
Resolution Minimum 1200 × 1200 pixels. Higher is better. Blurry, low-res photos will print blurry.
Orientation Portrait or square photos fit phone cases best. Landscape photos will be cropped to fit.
Lighting Natural lighting photos look sharpest. Avoid heavy filters, screenshots of screens, or photos shot in very low light.
Subject One clear main subject prints best. Very busy group photos may look cluttered at phone-case size.
File size Up to 10 MB per upload. If larger, compress or resize before uploading.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes the following — no refund if we've already printed before noticing.

Copyrighted characters Disney, Marvel, Pixar, anime from major studios, corporate marks. Use original or licensed art instead.
Celebrity photos without permission Photos of public figures, athletes, or celebrities used in a way that implies endorsement.
Sexual or explicit content Nudity, sexual imagery, or pornographic material — even if it's of yourself.
Hate, violence, or harm Hate symbols, racist/communal content, violent imagery, or content that threatens anyone.
Images of minors in unsafe contexts We'll print family photos and school memories. We won't print anything that could be used to harm a child.
Stolen or watermarked images Photos you don't own (Pinterest downloads, Google Image results with watermarks, paid stock without licence).

The questions we get asked before every order. If you don't see yours, WhatsApp us — we aim to reply within one business day.

Will I see what the case looks like before you print it? +
Yes — always. After you upload your photo or type your name, we show you a live preview of exactly how the case will look. You can reposition, resize, change fonts, or switch materials before confirming. We only print after you approve the preview. This is why custom cases are non-returnable (unless defective) — you've already seen the final design.
My photo is a bit blurry. Will it still print OK? +
Usually a blurry photo stays blurry when printed. Our UV printer is HD, but it can't recover detail that isn't in the original image. If the photo is critical (a late pet, an old family photo), we recommend getting it scanned or re-shot at higher resolution. If you're unsure, upload it anyway — we'll let you know before printing if we think the quality will disappoint you.
Can I return or cancel a custom case after ordering? +
Custom cases are non-returnable because they're made specifically for you. However:

• You can cancel before we print — message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID within 12 hours of ordering.
• If the case arrives defective, damaged, or for the wrong phone model, we'll send a free replacement. Message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
• If we've already printed and it matches your approved preview, we can't accept a return just because you changed your mind.
Can I print a photo of a celebrity, player, or movie character? +
We don't print copyrighted characters or celebrity photos unless you have the rights. This includes Disney, Marvel, anime from major studios, film stills, and most sports photography. We'll flag your order and suggest alternatives (fan-inspired art, silhouettes, generic team designs). This protects both you and us from legal issues. See our full content policy in the Guidelines section above.
How long does a custom order take to deliver? +
7–10 days from order approval to most Indian pincodes. Here's the breakdown:

• Day 0–1: Order received, preview sent to you for approval
• Day 1–3: Case printed, cured (20 min per case), quality-checked, packed
• Day 3–10: Courier transit (5–7 days for metros, longer for remote pincodes)

Remote pincodes (Northeast interiors, J&K rural, Leh-Ladakh, Andaman) may take 12–14 days. Tracking is shared on dispatch day via SMS and WhatsApp.
Can I use UPI instead of cash on delivery? +
Yes. COD is our default, but UPI is fully supported through WhatsApp. Place your order first, then message us at +91 97723-78346 with your Order ID. Our support team sends our UPI details directly — you pay, we confirm, we dispatch. UPI orders often ship a day faster than COD.
What if the preview looks off? Can I edit it? +
Absolutely. The preview is fully editable — you can:
• Reposition or resize your photo
• Change the font and font size
• Swap the background pattern (for name cases)
• Adjust text alignment

If the preview tool doesn't let you do something you want, WhatsApp us with your Order ID and describe the change — we can often do manual tweaks before printing.
Do you print in Malayalam, Hindi, or other Indian languages? +
English only for now. We're working on adding Malayalam and Hindi support to our preview tool — expected in a few months. If you need regional script urgently, WhatsApp us with your Order ID — we can manually handle a few regional script orders per week.
