How Ordering Works
A clear explanation of how 99ANNA99 orders, custom previews, COD, optional UPI, shipping, and support work before checkout.
1. Choose your case
Select the phone model, material, colour, and design style before adding the item to cart. If you are unsure about your model, contact us before ordering.
2. Custom preview
For photo, name, couple, or fan-inspired custom orders, we may confirm the design details before printing. Production starts only after the required details are clear.
3. Payment options
Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders. UPI is optional after order confirmation. We never ask for UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP, or sensitive banking details in chat.
4. Printing and delivery
Most orders are printed, packed, and shipped within the stated dispatch window. Delivery usually takes 7–10 days, while remote pincodes or courier delays can take longer.
Only use the contact details published on this website. If you choose UPI, pay only after your order is confirmed and keep the Order ID for support. Do not share sensitive payment credentials with anyone.
