Orders

Placing, changing, cancelling — how orders work at 99ANNA99.

Do I need an account to place an order?+
No. We use guest checkout — just enter your name, phone, email, and delivery address. No account to sign up for, no password to remember. Your phone number + Order ID are all you need to track and manage your order later.
What's the minimum order amount?+
There's no minimum. You can order a single case worth ₹99 if you want. Shipping is free on orders above ₹299; below that, a flat ₹40 is added.
How do I change my delivery address after ordering?+
If we haven't dispatched yet, WhatsApp us at +91 97723-78346 with your Order ID and the new address. We can update it free of charge. After dispatch, address changes become difficult — but WhatsApp us anyway, we'll try to redirect with the courier.
Can I cancel my order?+
Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order — before we start printing. WhatsApp us with your Order ID asking to cancel. After 12 hours: ready-made cases can still be cancelled until dispatch. Custom cases become non-refundable once printed since they're made specifically for you.
Can I order different phone models in one cart?+
Yes. Each product line item has its own phone model dropdown. Great for family sets, friend groups, or gifting — pay once, ship once, everyone gets the case for their exact phone.
Can I add a gift message or gift wrap?+
Yes. Use the "Order Notes" field at checkout — write your gift message (up to 200 chars) and we'll include it on a small card. Basic kraft gift wrap is available free of charge — WhatsApp us with your Order ID to enable it.
Can I order as a business / for bulk gifting?+
Yes — we handle corporate gifting, team merchandise, event giveaways, and wedding favours. Volume discounts start at 20 cases. Use our Bulk Inquiry page or email hello@99anna99.shop with the subject "Bulk Order".

Shipping & Delivery

Timelines, couriers, tracking, remote areas.

How long does delivery take?+
Our target is 7–10 days from order date to most Indian pincodes. Metros and tier-1 cities typically receive in 5–7 days. Remote pincodes (Northeast interiors, J&K rural, Leh-Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar) can take 12–14 days. Custom-printed cases add 1–2 days of production before dispatch.
Do you ship to all Indian pincodes?+
We cover 27,000+ pincodes across India through our courier partners. A small number of remote pincodes may not be serviceable — at checkout, the pincode field will let you know. You can also check deliverability on any product page.
How much is shipping?+
Free on orders above ₹299. Below ₹299: flat ₹40. No hidden charges — what you see in the cart is what you pay. COD handling is included — no extra fee for cash on delivery.
Which couriers do you use?+
We ship through reputed Indian courier partners. The specific courier used depends on your pincode and destination, and is chosen based on typical delivery speed and reliability for your area. The courier name appears on the tracking SMS/WhatsApp message sent on dispatch day.
When do I get my tracking number?+
On the day we dispatch (usually 2–3 working days after ordering), you'll get an SMS and WhatsApp message with the courier name and AWB number. You can also track directly on our Track Order page using your Order ID and phone number.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not currently. We ship only within India. If you're an Indian abroad and want a case shipped to a friend or family in India, order it with their address — we'll ship to them.
My pincode is remote. Can you still deliver?+
Most likely, yes. Enter your pincode at checkout — if it's serviceable, you'll see a delivery estimate (often 12–14 days for remote areas). If it's not serviceable through our regular couriers, WhatsApp us — we can sometimes route via postal services for a small extra fee.

Returns & Refunds

When you can return, what's eligible, how refunds work.

What's your return policy?+
7-day return window from date of delivery for ready-made cases. Returns accepted for: damage, defects, wrong phone model received, or wrong item shipped. Free reverse pickup via courier; refund within 5–7 working days after we receive and quality-check the return.
Can I return a custom / cricket fan / photo / name case?+
Custom-printed cases are non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or printed for the wrong phone model. This is because: (a) they're made specifically for you with your design, and (b) we show you a preview before printing so you approve the final look. If yours arrives with a defect, WhatsApp us within 7 days with a photo — we'll reprint or refund.
My case doesn't fit properly. Can I return it?+
Yes — if the case is genuinely for the wrong model (different dimensions, cutouts off), that's our mistake. Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it free. Note: For model variations like iPhone 14 vs 14 Plus, please double-check your exact phone model before ordering.
How do I initiate a return?+
Three steps:
1. WhatsApp us at +91 97723-78346 with your Order ID and a clear photo of the issue
2. We approve the return and arrange courier pickup (free)
3. Once we receive and quality-check: refund in 5–7 working days (or replacement shipped).
How long does a refund take?+
For UPI refunds: 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
For COD refunds: Since you haven't paid us online, we refund via UPI — send us your UPI ID on WhatsApp and we'll transfer within 2 working days of receiving the return.
Do I need the original packaging?+
Yes, please. Keep the original mailer and packing for at least 7 days after delivery. If you don't have it, any sturdy mailer works — just make sure the case is protected in transit.

Custom Designs

Photo uploads, names, content we won't print.

Will I see what the case looks like before you print?+
Yes, always. After you upload your photo or type your name, we show you a live preview of the final case. You can reposition, resize, change fonts, etc. We only print after you approve the preview.
What image quality should I upload?+
Minimum 1200 × 1200 pixels for good results. Higher is better. JPG or PNG format. Tip: photos taken in natural lighting, with one main subject, square or portrait orientation, print best. Blurry or low-resolution uploads will look blurry when printed.
What won't you print?+
We don't print: copyrighted characters (Disney, Marvel, anime from major studios), celebrity photos without permission, sexual or explicit content, hate symbols or violent imagery, images of minors in unsafe contexts, stolen or watermarked images. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing the above — full refund if we refuse before printing.
Can I print in Malayalam, Hindi, or other Indian scripts?+
English only for now. We're building Malayalam and Hindi support into our preview tool — expected in a few months. For urgent regional-script requests, WhatsApp us — we can manually handle a few per week.
Will the print fade or scratch off?+
We use UV-cured HD printing at 1440 DPI. The ink bonds deeply with the case surface — it won't rub off or fade with normal daily use. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners — that's the only thing that can damage the print.
What's the character limit for names?+
15 characters for names (short enough to print big and bold). 20 characters for city/slogan under the name. If you need more, WhatsApp us — we can make custom exceptions for longer phrases.

Are these authorized by cricket fan or the teams?+
No. Our cricket fan-inspired cases are original fan-inspired designs. 99ANNA99 is an independent Indian brand, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by BCCI, the cricket fan, or any team. We use team names to help fans identify which team the design is inspired by. For official merchandise, please buy from the team's official store.
Can I print any jersey number?+
Yes — any number from 0 to 99. We don't restrict by player. Use your birth year, lucky number, or your favourite player's number. Printed jersey-style on the back panel.
Can I print a real cricketer's name on my case?+
You can type any name — but we recommend using your own name or a generic label. We don't encourage using real player names in ways that imply endorsement, and may refuse to print designs that infringe on personality rights. Cases with your own name on them look better anyway.
Which cricket fan teams do you have cases for?+
All 10 cricket team-inspired colour themes: CSK, MI, RCB, KKR, GT, SRH, DC, PBKS, RR, LSG. Each has its own design palette inspired by the team's colours and vibe. See the cricket fan-inspired hub.

Payment

COD default · Optional UPI after order confirmation · No online gateway.

What payment methods do you accept?+
Two methods:

1. Cash on delivery (default) — pay cash to the delivery partner when your parcel arrives.
2. Optional UPI after order confirmation — place order, then WhatsApp us with your Order ID. We share UPI details; you pay via any UPI app.

We currently don't have an online payment gateway. We don't take credit cards, net banking, or wallets at checkout.
How does Optional UPI after order confirmation work?+
5 steps:

1. Place your order (COD selected at checkout) — you'll get an Order ID
2. Open WhatsApp, message us at +91 97723-78346 with your Order ID
3. We share a UPI QR code or UPI ID
4. You pay using any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.)
5. Once we confirm payment, we dispatch your order — often faster than COD
Is there an extra charge for cash on delivery?+
No COD charge on orders above ₹299. For orders below ₹299, the ₹40 flat shipping fee already includes COD handling. What you see in the cart is what you pay.
Is my payment information secure?+
We don't collect or store any payment information. You pay cash directly to the courier, or via your own UPI app after WhatsApp. No credit cards saved, no bank details entered on our site. The safest checkout we can offer.
Can I get an invoice for my order?+
Yes. Email us at hello@99anna99.shop with your Order ID and we'll send a proper invoice within 24 hours. For bulk/corporate orders, invoices are issued automatically.
What if I refuse to pay at delivery?+
If you refuse the parcel or don't pay, the courier returns it to us. We incur round-trip shipping costs. We take COD refusal seriously — repeat offenders get blocked from future COD orders and may be restricted to UPI-only.
